Laundry Dae started as a unique rentable fashion boutique for women offering designer and boutique brands for rent and purchase locally. We're based in McAdenville, NC which is only a few minutes outside of Charlotte just off of I-85.
While serving our local ladies with rental and purchase options, we realized we were missing an opportunity to share the deals with ladies nationwide. We're excited to now offer Laundry Dae pieces - new and pre-loved - for purchase online!
Shipping is free for orders $150+. For orders under $150, it depends on the weight of your items and typically ranges from $6.95 to $14.95. You'll receive a shipping estimate when checking out online.
Items purchased at full retail price may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Discounted pre-loved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless we missed a major flaw through our inspection process. In those cases, please be sure to reach out within 48 hours of item delivery.
As applicable, membership and rental payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for unworn rentals or partially used rental periods.
We are currently only offering our rental service locally and in-person but are excited to offer our designer and boutique pieces for purchase online. Pre-loved items are available at a discounted price! It's like shopping your best friend's closet any time!
Yes! You can purchase a gift card online or in-store in a variety of amounts. Go here to grab one!

The Looks is a semi-annual consignment sale owned by friends Megan Pippin and Stacie Berry and held in the Belmont, NC area each Spring and Fall. Local FAQs
We offer two ways for local customers to rent...
One option is to rent "a la carte" (i.e, by item)
- Our everydae pieces are rented by the month and our event wear by the week. We use a simple tiered pricing model based on the retail price of the item. You can find the full tiered pricing model here.
- A la carte rentals must be returned by the specified due date in order to avoid additional fees.
Another rental option is through our membership.
- Members pay a flat monthly fee (+ tax) and are able to rent a set number of pieces. Find more information about our membership here.
- Members do not worry about due dates for their bundle since they are on a recurring payment plan. This is a great perk for those ladies who are super busy and don't really need another thing to have to remember. Isn't that all of us?? Members simply return their pieces when they're ready to swap and pick out their new selections.
Memberships are currently only offered locally and we have a limited number available - this ensures we're providing the best possible service for all. Once that number is reached, we use a waitlist approach. Please visit our McAdenville location or Inquire through our Membership page.
We offer a 3 day grace period, but ask that you do your best to return your rentals on time. After the grace period, a late fee will be charged at $7 per day. We will charge the fee daily to the card on file for a maximum of 25 days. If the rental(s) are not returned after that time, the customer will be charged the online list price per unreturned item.
Yes all items can be purchased! If you rent an item and decide you can’t live without it, you can purchase the piece at the current online list price.
No!
One of the perks of Laundry Dae is that we’ll take care of that for you. We ask that you of course take care of the pieces just like they were your own when wearing and storing, but once your rental period has ended, simply return your pieces, and we’ll take care of the rest for you.
In the case of minor spots when wearing (pens, food, drink, etc.) please spot clean.
In the case of a major spill, please spot treat, hand wash in cold water, and line dry. Repeat as needed until the stain is removed.
It is important that heat is NOT used via water or a dryer. Heat causes fading, bleeding, shrinkage, and irreversible stains.
It may surprise you, but dry cleaning is actually very hard on clothes and reduces their life. Cold water and line drying is best.
Life happens and we expect to have to repair items from time-to-time. Please let us know when returning the item, and we’ll take care of it free of charge.
In the rare case of a ruined or lost item, you will be charged the listed price of the item.

Yes! If the gift recipient is local and we have available membership spots, you can pre-pay / gift any number of membership months. Please visit our McAdenville location or Inquire through our Membership page.
Member FAQs
If you're swapping in person, simply bring the items you'd like to swap and pick out your new pieces. We'll help process your swap (and of course give you styling support if you need!).
If you're reserving your swap online, add your selections to the cart and use your unique member coupon code to checkout. Be sure to visit the store within 48 hours to finalize your swap. Swaps that aren't picked up within 48 hours will be canceled and made available for another customer to select.
Yes. Please return all pieces in your bundle when making a swap. This allows for the pieces to be properly laundered periodically and gives another gal the opportunity to enjoy it. If you love an item too much to give it up, you can always purchase it!
Yes all items can be purchased! If you rent an item and decide you can’t live without it, you can purchase the piece at the current online list price.
You absolutely can! You'll just rent the additional pieces as "a la carte" rentals and return by its applicable due date.
Your monthly membership fee (plus tax) will be automatically charged to your card on file on your membership renewal date. Your renewal date is based on the day you signed up and repeats on that day every month thereafter.
To cancel your membership, simply return your rentals and notify store staff of your intent to cancel. Remember, you rentals must be returned before your membership renewal date to avoid the recurring charge. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Note: If you signed up under a promotional deal or opted for the joining fee to be waived, the commitment period must be met before canceling.
