Our storefront is at 125 Main Street in McAdenville, NC which is only a few minutes outside of Charlotte, just off of I-85.
We almost always ship within 48 hours of your online order. The arrival time will depend on your shipping address (we're in NC!) and the shipping option you selected but generally you'll receive your order within 1 to 3 days.
Shipping is free for orders $100+. For orders under $100, it depends on the weight of your items and shipping service selected. You'll receive a shipping estimate at checkout.
We hope you love your Laundry Dae purchase! If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
How to Request a Return
Customers may request a return through their Laundry Dae customer account or by contacting us at hello@laundrydae.com. Returns must be requested and approved before merchandise is mailed back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For approved mailed returns, a flat-rate return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from the return credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Credit
Approved returns will be issued as Laundry Dae store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
Final Sale Items
All sale merchandise and items marked Final Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, bodysuits, undergarments, and intimate apparel are also final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Styling and color consultant booking fees are nonrefundable.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
Returned merchandise must be free of signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, odors, or other damage. Laundry Dae reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements or is received outside the eligible return window.
