We almost always ship within 48 hours of your online order. The arrival time will depend on your shipping address (we're in NC!) and the shipping option you selected but generally you'll receive your order within 1 to 3 days.
Shipping is free for orders $150+. For orders under $150, it depends on the weight of your items and shipping service selected. You'll receive a shipping estimate at checkout.
We want you to love what you ordered! Eligible full-price items purchased online may be returned for a refund to your original payment method or exchanged. Returns must be received back by Laundry Dae within 14 days of delivery.
Returning by mail? We’ll provide a prepaid return label and deduct the $7.95 return shipping fee from your refund.
Local? Online purchases may be returned to our McAdenville boutique for free within the 14-day return window.
Items purchased in-store at full retail price may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.
Sale or discounted merchandise, consignment items, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
Styling service fees and gift cards are nonrefundable.
