Laundry Dae (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides curated retail, styling services, and consignment offerings. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Products & Orders
  • All products are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time
  • We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may vary by screen
Pricing
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Promotions and discounts may be modified or ended at any time
Shipping
  • We aim to process orders within 48 hours; however, in some rare cases there may be a delay up to 5 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary based on carrier
  • Laundry Dae is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped
Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit never expires
  • Sale items and resale/consignment items are final sale
Styling Services
  • All styling services (color analysis, styling sessions, events) must be booked in advance
  • Cancellations must be made at least [24–48] hours in advance
  • No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment
Consignment

Consignment is subject to separate Consignor Terms & Conditions.

Laundry Dae:

  • Reserves the right to accept or decline items
  • Determines pricing and merchandising
  • Is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage
Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, branding, and copy—is the property of Laundry Dae and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Laundry Dae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.

Changes to Terms
