We almost always ship within 48 hours of your online order. The arrival time will depend on your shipping address (we're in NC!) and the shipping option you selected but generally you'll receive your order within 1 to 3 days.
Shipping is free for orders $100+. For orders under $100, it depends on the weight of your items and shipping service selected. You'll receive a shipping estimate at checkout.
Local? In-Store pick up is always FREE. Just select that option at checkout and we'll send you a notification when your order is ready (typically it's next day!).

Eligible full-price items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment or exchanged. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Sale + Consignment: Sale items and consignment items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
