We almost always ship within 48 hours of your online order. The arrival time will depend on your shipping address (we're in NC!) and the shipping option you selected but generally you'll receive your order within 1 to 3 days.

Shipping is free for orders $150+. For orders under $150, it depends on the weight of your items and shipping service selected. You'll receive a shipping estimate at checkout.

Local? In-Store pick up is always FREE. Just select that option at checkout and we'll send you a notification when your order is ready (typically it's next day!).

We hope what you order is perfect, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t quite fit the way you want it to. If that's the case, we have your back! Just contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. We’ll provide a return shipping label and once the return is received and accepted, we’ll issue a store credit for you to use anytime (less a $7.95 return shipping fee).

Note: Returned items must be unworn with tags still attached or they will not be accepted. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us!
